By installing or using any app, game, or service from PDF Converter & Doc Scanner (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on a single device you own or control. You may not copy, resell, modify, or distribute our apps in any way not explicitly permitted by this Agreement.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our apps for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws. Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without prior notice.

3. Updates & Termination

This EULA may be updated at any time. Continued use of our apps means you accept the updated terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or discontinue access to any app at our discretion.

4. Data Collection

  • We do not collect personal data unless you choose to provide it (for example, in support requests).

  • We do not sell or share personal information.

  • Some apps may display ads and collect non-personal information (e.g., device identifiers) for analytics or ad personalization outside the EU.

  • In the EU, only non-personalized ads are displayed unless explicit consent is given.

5. Permissions & Purchases

  • Internet access may be required for ads, features, or content.

  • Some apps may include in-app purchases.

  • Social sharing options may be provided, but we do not collect any of your social media information.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not intended for children under 13. If we become aware of accidental data collection from a child, we will delete it immediately.

7. Legal Disclosure

We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with legal obligations, to protect user safety, or with user consent.

8. Cookies & Third Parties

We do not use cookies directly. However, third-party ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage preferences through your device settings or the providers’ opt-out tools.

9. Opt-Out Options

  • You can disable ad tracking in your device settings.

  • You may also remove ads by making an in-app purchase where available.
